This brand new contemporary villa (finished in 2009) offers luxury accommodation just minutes away from world class golf courses and pristine beaches of the Silver Coast. The villa is well suitable for families with small children, the private pool is fully gated and the solar cover ensures that the water is always at least 6 degrees warmer. Next to the child cot, there is a high chair, child friendly plates and cutlery and pool and beach toys.
Praia d'el Rey golf course, voted Best European Golf resort 2007 and Best Golf destination 2007, currently ranking 13th best European golf course by Golf Top 100.) is just 5 minutes away by car. The Bom Sucesso golf course (3 min away) was opened in 2008 and is a must to try. As members of that golf course we can advise you on better rates at both golf courses.
Should you be tired of golf, the scenic coastline with its pristine beaches and walk and bike trails are all on your door step. Enjoy the lagoon views from the cycle path around the lagoon and stop for lunch at one of the fish restaurants along the lagoon. Watch sunset while dinning at Rio Cortico. Go for a walk on the beach and the stop by the Marriott Hotel for a glass of wine and snacks. Buy a fresh fish for BBQ at the Caldas or Peniche fish markets, busiest in early morning hours. Visit an open air opera at the Obidos castle. Or just chill out by your private pool with a glass of crispy white wine which you bought on our wine trip through the vineyards of Estramadura....
The villa accommodates up to 6 people and 1 child and is furnished to the highest standards. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances and kitchen-ware for those who enjoy cooking. Next to the towels and linen, there are beach towels, pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs and sunscreens in the house available to the guests. Two mountain bikes, each with a removable child seat, are available to the guests.
