The renovated cottage is situated on a large plot (2000m2) close to the Lake Lipno (200m) in a small village Hory in Southern Bohemia. The village Hory, on the left bank of the lake, is situated off main roads, the closest village (Horni Plana) with shops, open air cinema and other facilities is 6 km away.
The cottage is an ideal place for families looking for an active holiday, Hory is the starting point of many cycling and hiking trails. Blading track starts from Nova Pec (3 km away on the other side of the lake) to Cerny Kriz and further to Stozec is popular due to its flat profile and beautiful nature along the road. Surfing (Cerna v Posumavi), swimming (beach), rafting (Vltava river) and visiting cultural heritage sites of Southern Bohemia make a nice blend of active holidays.
