- Eur. 50,- departure cleaning payable to the key agent;
- Eur. 1,25 p.p.p.n tourist tax payable to the key agent
- deposit of Eur.175 will be collected by the key agent upon arrival and will be returned to you (less charges for tourist tax) after your departure. Pls note that this may take up to 3 weeks!

Reservation and payment
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will invoice you with 50% of the accommodation price due. The balance invoice (50% of the accommodation price) will be sent to you 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The key agent will collect the other amounts due (deposit, end-stay cleaning and tourist tax). If you reserve directly with us, we charge no administration fee.
