Free standing and modern holiday house for 4-5 people is situated on a large plot (470m2) at the edge of the Buiten Bergen park. The house enjoys one of the best locations in the park with views of the surrounding meadows and sun terrace positioned to the south-west. On sunny days you can seek shadow under a large sun screen (sail) that extends the living room into the garden, which is accessible through a French door. The architect of the park wanted to create a feeling of space and free flow of the house into the garden, which was successfully achieved.
The lounge and the kitchen are on the ground floor overlooking the garden. Master bedroom with sufficient wardrobe space is also located there, with a separate access to the garden. Bathroom with a toilet and shower corner is located on the ground floor too, allowing accommodation to the disabled. The ground floor is equipped with floor heating.
On the first floor you will find a small bedroom with a bunk bed and an open space room with sleeping sofa. The room can be also used as an additional play room for children. A cot and high chair are available.
The house accommodates 4 people and 1 baby. (There is a possibility for one more person, who will not have a closed bedroom).
