Week price includes:
End-stay cleaning;
Bed linen;
Towels & beach towels;
Welcome pack (breakfast and a bottle of wine)
A mid-stay cleaning can be ordered at extra charge and will be paid directly to the house manager.
For stays less than one week an end-stay cleaning charge of 50 euro will be added to the accommodation price.
Refundable deposit of 250 euro will be required with final balance payment.

Reservation and payments
When your reservation is confirmed, we will invoice you with 50% of the accommodation price due. The final balance (50% of the accommodation price and the deposit amount of eur 250) will be invoiced to you 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
After your stay, should no breakages be done, we will refund the deposit to you in 2 weeks time.
